Default ecu for mini-me

I'm looking to buy the ecu for my mini-me in my 95 lx, and was wondering if it would be a good idea to get one thats been chipped, have it chipped or just run the stock one? When I get the mini-me done the head will be shaved .025 with I/H/E and be a daliy driver. What da ya think?

P28 should work just fine no need for a chip unless you got some major work in that motor
