oil dripping from oil feed any advice?

Default oil dripping from oil feed any advice?

I have a brass T where the oil press. sens. goes and a russel -3 feed line and I have redone this line like 3 times. Its getting on my nerves I did use liquid teflon thread sealer on all fittings and tightend all . any sugg. would be great...

I was going to recommend teflon tape, but I don't think you are supposed to use that with oil lines. Pieces of it could get in the oil and cause damage. I'm not completely sure though.

Lets see what others have to say.

you can try some teflon tape. and also make sure you using the BSPT adapter in the hole it self.

Teflon Tape be nice, just on the end of the fittings,.. Just to give it a tight squeeze.

As shown, the BSP adapter is the silver fitting , that screws into the original sensor hole.

Try cleaning off Everybit of oil on the fittings, Teflon tape it and go from there. Liquid Teflon will require LOTS of time to dry before operating.

thanx I did use the liquid teflon thread sealer this time and it seams to be holding . my first turbo install and man I wont ever own another car w/o a turbo, its the coolest feeling the first time you feel that pull.
