My current clutch set up is acting strange. I have a Clutch Specialties stage 1 (street set up). It's been acting up ever since I installed it ove a year ago. I have a similar problem to the members in this thread - https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=365819
I have a few options.

1. Replace my current disc, and hope that was the problem. (what to buy though, another CS disc ? OEM ?)
2. Replace my disc & pp with a new unit. (probably Exedy)
3. Use my old ITR pp, and buy an OEM disc.

Would you guys use this pp ? How could I clean it up ? Who could resurface a pp, a clutch specialist maybe ?

Also, is this wear on the fingers from the throw out bearing normal (shallow groove) ?

If you ever change the clutch disc, i strongly suggest that you try stage 1 ACT street disc. It's cheap, it's reliable, it's strong and you'll love it

ACT > OEM

So you suggest I use my ITR pp, with an ACT disc ?

Got any links for the disc for sale ?

Hmmm, I checked out their ACT section. I can't find the discs for sale alone.

 

ONE word EBAY
