my friend has a 91 crx si with a 1.6 si head and a 1.5si block and tranny.

Does anyone know where i can find a 1.5si tranny, or tell me whats wrong with it? I was driving down the road and the shifter popped out of gear, so i pulled over and shut my car off looked under my crx and saw nuthing so i got back in and started it up and couldn't get it back into gear. so i took my foot off the clutch and the car stalled, started it again and slowly let out on the clutch and it felt like it was half in and out of 1st gear...can anyone help???

Or do you know of any other year or model tranny's that will fit this car???

they didn't make a 1.5 Si in 90-91.
sounds like you need a new tranny or you can always pull yours apart and replace what's broke

 

Get under your car and have someone shift through the gears, make sure the shifter is connected fully to the tranny. If everything looks ok then its time for a diff tranny or a teardown.
