Alright Im in the middle of putting the 15g kit on my 2000 civic. I know I need to extend the o2 sensor wires. I know how to do it, but just don't know which sized wire to use. I have 20 gauge, and some other non labeled wire as well.

also, does this look alright for the return flange? I know the right side is going to hit the runners on the inside of the pan but I'm going to custom rig something up...I already drilled the holes and I'm about to get hardware, I still maybe able to use 2 part epoxy to fill the hole.. I personally feel it needs rotated 5 degrees clockwise then "translated?" or shifted over 1/4" to the right.

that wont work. there is that dip that will sit lower than the hole causing backup.
