Speedhut Overlays
I did a search and didn't find anything regarding Speedhut gauge overlays. I just got done designing some, and now I'm deciding whether or not I want to buy them. With the options I chose, they come out to $42.95 which seems a little cheap to me. Are these overlays decent quality? Any insight is appreciated.
I only seen a set of these once. It was on a repo Civic. The tach wasn't working like it was supposed to. I opened the plastic cover to check on it. It wasn't binding on the gauges itself. The needle moves very slowly, almost like a speedo would when accelerating from 4th gear. So I guess the previous owner screwed his tach up when he installed the gauges. Back to the point. I guess they are good quality, and the guy did wire his up to go on when the car is started. Remember, when you get them, put in "Race Gas Only"

lol thanks for the advice man. I appreciate the info on the overlays, I think at $40 I'll take a chance. Anyone know anything about the import intelligence needles?
