Yep, bouncy bouncy bouncy. Push down on the corner of the car that you think as the bad shock. It should compress down, come up, and quickly settle. If it continuously goes up and down then it's definitely blown.

and if you can take them off and examine them
you can REALLY tell for sure,
just push the piston rod in with your hand.
if it sinks in without much resistance, then the shock is blown.
also it should push itself out all on its own.
if it just sits in there, thats also a sign that it is damaged.
also look for oil leaking out.

Call them up and ask. A lot of people at my local shop call and complain about noisy GCs. All the techs there say that GCs are noisy, though. Maybe it's the case with the Omnis? I'm sure they have a support line. Or shoot him a PM.
Did you mount them correctly. I remember you having problems installing them. Might of been child pr00f. Oh well. J/K man. Double check all bolts and everything. Check for anything loose.

i got it fixed today by my friend who is a mechanic.
I did infact install it right and it was the brake shield that was rubbing up against my brakes and causing the weird noises.
thanks for the help
