My fuse for this **** keeps blowing, it did it once last night, and again today. It did it out of no where (just driving along). Its not just a little blow the fuse is mangled when I take it out. If anybody has had and fixed this problem, or heard of it; i could use a bit of help

 

did you recently put in a cd player? Because this happened to me before when I had my Crx. One of the power wires was grounding to the chassis, which caused the Instrument fuse to keep on blowing each time you turn it on. Try check behind your cd player and tape up all loose wires that isnt being used. Its normally the blue remote wire. But the reason your fuse keeps on blowing, because there is a loose power wire somewhere touching your chassis, which is grounding and shorting out your fuse.

1st try checking for loose wires behind your cd player/deck. And go from there...

 

l cool man I'll give that a go. I put a cd player in a while ago, maybe some of the tape came off or somthing. thanks for the help

 

checked the cd player, everything is taped up good, so it must be another wire. guess I'll have to do some investagating.

 

mine too bro but it happens when i rev the car a little and it started smoking yesterday so i left it alone nobody can help???
