Default 2000 Si motor in a 92 CX Hatch...Cam question...

I took the cams and head off the block and I either lost one or something but one of my cams is missing that black platic cap or whatever that fits on the end. Opposite side from the cam gear. Anyone know if both cams are supposed to have them? Where do I get another(I would assume Honda)? Whats there purpose? I swapped a GSR and dont remember having them. Any help would be great.

As I was falling a sleep last night I figured that out. The dist. isn't on right now and thats why I wasn't putting it all together.

Thanks though!
