Default sluggish in the low rpms

Hi my 93 vtec prelude seems to be very sluggish in the low rpms in hot weather , and i can feel the the crossover into vtech a lot the car will go extremly slow until around 4k. It only does this in the warm weather , what should i check ?

First check Iab, maybe they are always open. This will give you a loss of torque in lower rpms.

sounds like timing needs to be adjusted - except for only in hot weather

Id check it out though
