Who should i get to build my motor?

I have a 98 B18c1 with a Jackson supercharger and my rings are toast. So I'm looking to boar out the block a little do new pistons, rings, and vaulve springs. Do a port and polish and a port match from the head to the charger intake manifold. So any help or recommendations will be helpful
