Whats the max PSI on the SC34 and the SC61
It depends on which trims you go with. Obviously the larger the a/r trims the more boost it can run while not running out of its efficiency range.
Example
My t04e sc61 60comp .58 a/r t4 p-trim will be good for around 30psi or so I believe.

Why does the Max PSI matter on your upgrade??? Are you making that much HP to worry about this??
You can always look at the Precision specifications for the HP rating so that will give you a better idea on HP then you worrying about the MAX PSI.

The max psi dosent really matter in my upgrade since the most PSI I will be running is problably 12-14 PSI. I just wanted to know how much psi are these Turbos capable off because I will be getting a SRT4 in the future and I plan to take it off my civic and put on my SRT4.
