Default Sprint springs/ strut bar/ lower tie bar...

anyone use the sprint springs? Would they be a good set for the street/occasional track use? I am looking at the package deal on the bottom of the site....

http://www.importbuilders.com/suspension.html

anyone have any pictures of what they look like on a civic, (stance) what would these compare to?

Tie/brace/tower/strut bars are a waste of money.

Seat time is more important, and a threaded coil-over with good shocks (think Koni shocks + GC sleeves) will give you more flexibility and better performance.

I also drive a 89 CRX with skunk2 coilovers/tokiko struts, and my buddy has a 92 hatch with HR springs and tokiko struts and the springs are way more better for what we do. thats why I asked about Sprint springs....

It's not the brand of spring that makes a difference (to a point), it's the spring rate.

Spring Rates for the street: Soft stock springs. Very comfortable ride.

HR Spring rates: Search the web, Call HR, Use a spring rate tester, look for some kind of marking on the spring.
