Default (damper-fork to lower-arm bolt), is there a bushing to replace there?

i am doing first shock/spring install this weekend, and i was trying to prepare for everything and so i got new damper-fork to lower-arm bolts for the front and rear at the honda dealer yesterday, since most people recommended it. but another thing came to mind today, and i just needed to know.........

the question is:

is there a bushing where the damper-fork to lower-arm bolt goes through?
cause if there is a bushing there, i am sure i would need to replace it since its old.

any info would help, thanks
