cams for b16

Default cams for b16

what would be the best stage 1 cams for a b16 just bolt on no new anything.

civic type r's, integra type r's, or any stage 1 aftermarket cams. anything over that might require springs and retainers.

For just drop-in stick with CTR/ITR. You won't notice a huge difference unless you tune and upgrade the valvetrain

kinda true, if you are gonna spend money on cams you may as well get some stage 2's, with upgraded valvetrain. It'll cost twice as much but be 4x more worth it.

I have toda spec C's
