AEM adjustable cam gear, any good?? what do they do????
what if any benefits will i get from a adjustable cam gear on a SOHC VTEC motor?? and what or how do i use it??? thanks

You are going to need to get an aftermarket camshaft for your engine along with an adjustable cam gear and get it tuned before you see/feel any real benefits.
Personally, I don't like the AEM design, because it only has 3 bolts. I know there are plenty of people who run them and have no problems, but I personally like the idea of having more bolts to keep it from slipping.
