Car is running horrible. NEED HELP ASAP!
Over the span of 100-150 miles of driving my car slowly started losing a lot of power. i.e. 65 mph on freeway, with foot on gas, car slows down and I have to down shift to speed up. and I'm running extremely rich, carbon shooting from muffler. and my plugs fouled really quick
it's so bad I can't drive it now. idle is normal, but when I rev it up in neutral, it revs extremely slow, like something is really holding the motor back, or I got a 100 pound flywheel on there. it's kinda hard to explain but that's the best I can do.
Freshly rebuilt C1 block, C5 head, PR3 ecu non obd stock fuel system (except fuel rail). 1000 miles on break in.
compression check 180 all the way across. new O2 sensor, tps, map sensor, new spark plugs, new wires, Tried stock LS ecu.
What else is there to try? I'm going to take out my cat to see if that's clogged but that's the only thing I can think of right now. I'm clueless and I really need my car, it's my only transportation. TIA

it's a bit complicated but yes and no.
for the time I drove it, I had no codes. but the last two-3 times I started it, and let it idle. it would sit for about 1-2 minutes, then I'd get the Crank angle sensor code. I changed out the distributor, with two different dizzy's and it didn't go away, changed out engine harness didn't go away, I also reset the ecu too. the weird thing about it though. is I don't always get the code. it's only happened like 3 out of about 10 times.
