tranny syncro help
i just need to know if a 99-00 SI gears will interchange with the JDM ITR tranny. i have hooks up on honda parts jus not acura parts. i have a ITR tranny with a grinding 3rd and 5th, and i need to know if the SI gears are the same and will fit.. TIA.. need to know ASAP..

The gears are the same ,but for the synchros im not 100% sure because i think itr use's double cone synchro's compare them on hondaautomotiveparts.com and acuraautomotiveparts.org thats my best idea

ITR synchros are the same as the GSR synchros, as far as I know. I have heard the double- and triple-cone rumor before but have never seen any proof of this. Double cone on 2nd gear, just like the GSR. Now, for the Si, I am not sure...
