Default Help 94 Accord EX missing/hesitating

I just got my 94 accord ex 2dr and im having rough idle problems seems worst from a dead stop or stand still but drives fine at 80+ gets worse if i let off the gas. Ive changed plugs wires cap and rotor(firing order is right). Still same problem and just to make my day better after changing all that my radiator started leaking. Any suggestions on what to try next. TIA

TB wires (adjust)
TB butterfly (spray with cleaner)
fuel filter (pain in the *** to change pay someone to do it)
buy a bottle of fuel injection cleaner (bg44k,seafoam,chevl,gumout)

check your pvc valve on the to of your head if you have a f22b1 I had the same problem and tried to use carb cleaner on it but found that gas worked better
