your 60 ft could be better but after that if you shift all your gears correctly at 7000 rpm your time should be better than that ??? its really slow... maybe a problem with the car ??

Keep practicing. it will get better, look at the improvement between the first and second runs. Your 60ft time could use some work, but just keep going until you get it down and you will see better results

when i turned up the boost a little i started messing with the bov (hks ssq) and now it sounds like im leaking a lot of air when shes spoolin up but the guage still reads 7psi so im not sure what to do or if thats my problem. i tried to play with that damn screw in and out and it doesn't seem to make a difference in the air rushing sound. maybe thats my problem?

Get that 60' down to like 2.1 or 2.0 and youll get better times.. With your setup I still think there might be something wrong..

his trap speeds are very low too

the ET are ok for the trap speeds

but again, i ran a 15.1@ 89mph with 120 whp

if he drops the 60 foot to about 2.1 and gains about 9 mph on the trap,. then he sure can get a 14 sec car out of it

Your mph is just not there.

What altitude are you at? What's the condition of the engine? I'd expect at least mid-to-low-90 mph from your setup.

what do you launch at? how's traction of the launch?

like the others said, bring down the 60' and you'll be doing much better.

what condition are you tires in? if you've lowered your car have you had it re-aligned or added a camber kit?

i'd say your just spining the tires too much of the launch.

dragged at lebanon valley i would guess like 900 ft elevation
good tires stock shocks and height and stuff
first launch sucked almost bogged it out
second launch was better didnt burn out much just long chirp and it felt good
i was launching at like 2500 and shifting a little early i think like 6500

today i tightened up the bov and it seemed to spool faster now but maybe im imagining it. ??

hmmm 2.9 60ft?

Not only that but your MPH's are terrible to.

In this case I think it's both the car AND driver.

What are you running for engine managment? Is your timing retarded? Sounds like you need a good tune for starters

C'mon... let's be constructive. NVM the 60' and the ET, a stock CRX Si will pull those mph's in the 1/4 mile. Unless he's shifting like grandma or hitting the rev limiter like there's no tomorrow, something's wrong.

it doesnt seem to pull as hard in the top end as it should.
vtec is working so should i adjust timing for more top end?
or should i just shift sooner so i dont come anywhere near redline?

also i really think somethin was wrong with my bov. i tightened it up alot and it seems to have helped and the air rushing sound calmed down. but it could be all in my head, you know what i want to think.
