Caliper question ???
I don't think any companies make rear calipers for the ITR . I think rear calipers upgrade are not necessary cuz front brakes upgrade are enough for most civic & integras.
If there is a rear caliper upgrade kit you might need to upgrade your master cylinder and booster as well since the stock master cylinder and booster may not have enough power to run bigger pistons calipers at the rear brakes. I think this upgrade will be way too expensive and not too effective.

I'm still a little confused about brake upgrades - help me out. It is my understanding that the brake bias and balance of the car is very important (duh) and something you shouldn't just go messing with casually. I read a GRM article several months ago about this topic, and the basic conclusion was that you can't just go slapping on brake upgrades randomly or in random places (front only) and expect your car to behave properly.
I would think that the brake system of the Type R has been engineered in such a way that it is properly biased. When throwing on bigger rotors, 4-pot calipers, etc. on the front of the car while leaving the rear stock I would think this would have some not so desireable effects..
Can anybody comment on this that knows more than I do....
