adjusting fpr with vacum line off?

Is it bad for your car to adjust the fpr without turning off the vacuum line?

i dont think is bad, but i would take it off to set it

If you pull the vaccum line off and have a FPR gauge, you can cap it with your finger and get WOT Fuel pressure. If you you plug it back in that's your idling Fuel pressure
