i know this is off-topic but does the AEM EMS act as a boost controller/turbo time too?

Boost controller: Yes
Turbo timer:No, not yet..

The Turbo timer is something that I requested a while back and I have heard talks that they might do something with it sometime..

I dont think they will be able to add a turbo timer feature. At least not without the user doing some creative wiring. When you turn the key off the EMS loses power.

Send 12 volts to one of the inputs.. Or maybe run the power wire for the ems straight to the battery and use one of the high-side outputs to go back to the main relay..

I think Muckman's point was it can't be done just by doing something to the EMS. It would need to be wired.

the only thing I would like to see from the EMS is the option of getting other preset map loaded

eg. don't have the need to connect your laptop when you are at the trac, just pull a switch, and the map setted for drag is loaded, or like in rally when they use different fuel map for each parts of the rally depending if they are in the moutain or at the sea level,...
