Anyone Making Brushing for LS rods for d16 blocks?
I remember reading that someone at crower did it. But I think if you find a good engine machine shop they will do it.
You also have to shave the sides of the big end in addition to rebushing the small end.

Bottom end width is .892" and the pin diameter is 19mm (.784")

Bottom end width is .935" and the pin diameter is 21mm (.826")
So .0125" needs to be milled off each side of the bottom and the top end needs to be re-bushed to 19mm.
