cruise control dont work after connecting BOV
ok, i connected my BOV in the cruise control vacuum line. now the cruise control dont work... suckie... what should i do? i wanna be able to use my cruise control when i go long driving.. im also using the Vortech fpr and thats connected to the vacuum line from the manifold to the stock FPR... thanks.
what could be the reason of shot manifold bearings? and how to fix this? is it cheap or expensive? thanks
Sometimes if you use your cruise control to much they just go bad. They are easy to replace though, although they are pressed in. So you'll have to heat up your manifold in the oven to get them out.
the thing is i dont really use my cruise cntrol, only for long driving and stuff.. not really that much.,.. i have a 00ex with 25k miles... imm gonna try to reconnect the cruise together without the BOV, ill tee off the BOV somewher else? thanks ill let you guys know about it....

try to tap the bov vacuum line to a source closest to the intake manifold..there should be a sticker diagram of your intake manifold and all the vacuum sources underneath your hood.
do you have a boost guage connected? if so, wats the reading? if the vacuum reading is low, you have a leak somewhere..which is prolly your bov, which prolly explains why your cruise control isn't working
