just rec'd the deposit today!
yay, honda-tech RULES!

1991 Honda CRX HF 1.5 liter 5 speed 2 door hatchback.
210k miles and there are no problems to fix.
Not required- but it could use new brake shoes in the rear.
The car has almost brand new CRX Si seats sourced from a friend who races CRX's in scca solo1 and removed his years ago to race prep his car.
There has been rustwork done to the driver rear fender, it looks good but its not a showroom condition car by any means... there are stone chips all over the hood, some small rust bubble spots and there are some cracked light covers and cracked/scratched rear interior panels.
No radio or speakers either.
No power anything, No a/c.
The suspension is all stock and in good conditiion.

I'm looking to get $1500 for the car... no lowballers please...

It runs like a champ and gets 50mpg highway and 42-45 city.
At 1900 pounds, this would haul *** with any dohc swap... or even be a good CSP autox candidate with a crx si motor/tranny/ecu swap.

It runs very very well and drives great, yes there are high miles but the motor does not burn any oil and I'm sure if driven nicley and well maintained.. the car will survivie nother 100k miles without any issues.

I've had the car since November and Ive sorted it all out... it has a new wheel bearing up front, new upper balljoints and now has a newer exhaust and good tires on lightweight 14"x6" mesh alloy wheels with McGuard black tuner lugnuts.

I'll see if I can get pics up tomorrow or Wednesday.

yeah the entire interior is dark blue / gray.
the seats are black.
I wished the entire interior was black it'd be nicer but the dark blue is not bad at all.

I'm sort of negotiable on the price, it hasnt been put in the local paper or on cars.com yet, I'll be listing it there for the weekend.

How would you get back? If you figure that out, we might just have a deal...
Or if you could meet me in Philadelphia on July 23rd or July 24th...Me and the girlfriend are going to a Cubs game for my birthday and they are playing in Philly...
Seriously interested though, KIT.

I understand. Have you got a vouch thread? I did a quick search but only came up with FS and WTB threads. I don't want to send 15 or 1600 and get bent over...
You have a PM

tolowhb, that was a good roadtrip up to VT ! but that damned monster truck /off roading expo filled up every hotel within 35 minutes of Burlington!

Just so you know, I always get money up front. always. no exceptions. I'm a trusted seller so theres no worry. I havent started a vouch thread, but look thru my FS posts and ebay too =
