My vtec controller mechanism thingy on the head has leaky rubber seals. They are old and flat and I need to replace them. Its a b-16a1, and im just looking for stock replacements.
Being over here i cant exactly go down to the honda dealer and pick up the 2 seals. Can anyone point me in the right direction for the part number or where you guys get your stuff online?
Muchos greasyass

They have some good prices, all OEM. It is after all a honda dealer.

Hmm, its helpful but i need a specific part for a b16a1 engine, not a crx. Problem is I have the VT model, which comes stock with the b16a1, so im having a hard time finding a repair manual for my car.
Im not sure exactly what year that engine was in the integra, so that link you gave me wont give me any info on integras...

I dont know if you know this, but most engine parts in the B series (B16A1, B16A2, B18C1) family of motors are interchangeable. You can either take a picture of your motor and tell us what you think needs to be replaced. Or use the engine diagrams from a Del Sol VTEC or 99-00 Civic Si. Do you know which part needs to be replaced? it sounds like the cam seal, but you said that there were 2 seals.
EDIT: can you ID the part in the pic below?

On the b16a1, the left side of the head has the dizzy on the intake cam and the vtec controller next to the exhaust cam. If you pop the solenoid off the top of the controller thats bolted to the head, it has an odd shaped ring seal. If you remove the other 3 bolts that holds the rest of the controller to the head, there is a seal on the face that meets the head, where the screen is.
Part 12 & part 14 it looks like are what I need, but its kinda fuzzy.
I need both those seals as mine are flattened from age. This is my first b16, so i didnt know that info, but thanks
I dont have a digi cam at the moment, or i could easily simplify things, sorry

edit: about $20 from http://www.slhondaparts.com
