ok what's your car's mod??

I/H/E? anything else done to motor??

oh.. and before i change any vafc settings. does the motor has to be fully warmed up to normal operating temp?

or is it ok to do it when the car's cold?

you have to tune it on a dyno. No two engines will react the same to the same settings, no matter what. For now set everything to stock or no change or whatever. You also really need someone who is experienced w/ tuning these things to do it once you get on the dyno, so that you make the most of your dyno time.

I personally wouldn't lean out that much without hitting up a dyno first

I would until you can get it tuned by someone who knows what to look for. Avoid trouble and wait.
