What ES Bushings acutally look like..?

What ES Bushings acutally look like..?
Just got my short shifter in but the black round bushings did not go on. They did not fit. (they are rubber) They are part #2277 for the es bushing set. So i dont know if those little black pieces are the bushings or if the bushings are metal? Thanks.
