'03 civic to '96 seat swap.
I recently drove a 03 civic EX coupe while my baby was getting worked on. The seats were a heck of a lot more comfortable than the ones i have in my accord.
Therefore, I am wondering if i can swap in seats out of a civic into my car? How hard it would be? Is it even plausible?
I searched already, (so don't even say that
) but none of the posts i found were conclusive so i figured i would ask.

Keep in mind I've never seen 03 seats, or tried a swap, but if the seats actually fit (im sure they will, isn't the civic smaller than the accord anyway), then the worst you would have to do is drill new holes for the sliders into the floor. I think the hardest thing would be finding someone to get rid of the seats in their fairly new car.
Yeah you'll just have to re-drill holes in your floor to get it to match the Civic brackets. As far as obtaining seats, it shouldn't be too hard considering the way people drive now. Call a junkyard or check ebay
I had S2000 seats in my accord. After working on that project, I personally feel that you can make any seat fit. I just made brackets for the S2000 seats to line up with the accord seat holes.
Thanks for the info. What do the S2000 seats look/feel like? How hard is it to drill the holes in the floor? Could i hit anything or damage anything underneith there? The chiltons manual i have is next to useless. POS.
