head job
i have a quick question. how much hp do you all think a port and polished head will give a otherwise slightly modified engine? jdm intake manifold, spoon chip, header, and intake being the other mods. Thanks for your help.
i was talking to my local machinist the other day about this and he said that he did one honda head (port and polish) and spend many hours ($1200) and he said he only gained 1 cfm on the flow bench.. The only thing is im not sure what head it was ..get a vlave job instead is my input

i recommend http://www.portflow.com they did my head nice work. take it to the pros
well actually i did go to the pros, my machinest does motor work for top racers around the area. I looked at the portflow site and its says some stuff but i didnt see any flow bench tests of any head just ported and polished since that was the original question. Angle vlave jobs are a different story..
