need help on b16a!!!!
It is possible that the noise is the alternator belt from your d-series motor, i just finished a b16a2 swap in my 92 hatch and i can't possible imagine why you would put a d-series alternator on the motor..
Ive never heard of that, but either way you should get a b-series alternator, its been my experience not to mess with that sort of stuff

Easy way to see if it is the alt. Just disconnect the belt then run the motor for a few seconds or so. But I have never heard of someone using a d-series alt on a B-series. I have not tryed it either (I should thou, I have all the parts to do it)
