Default Installing new A/C

hey

this is my first post here. i bought a 1992 honda civic dx - 5sp w/ 1.5l engine. my first car which is why i looked for something cheap and relaible. anyways it does not have an A/C, anyone know appox how much it might cost to fix one and can i do it on my own?

will the engine be strong enough to support the a/c??? since the a/c was optional in this model i guess it should be. am i correct?

thanks a ton
saurabh

All 92 Civics had dealer installed A/C. This kit is no longer available though so your best bet is to find a wrecked Civic and take what you need.
