read fpr gauge B&M
my gauge reading doesnt seem to be reading correct, i searched and found out that when vaccume is applied the gauge should go down but when not applied the gauge should rise, mine reads same both with vaccume and off... whats the deal? i have no leaks that im aware of and when i rev it at neutral shouldn't the gauage show more psi instead of less? right now it idles at 42 rev it and it bounces from 42-38 ...... if i go by this i could be running really lean at wot!!!!
never mind solved the problem....... drilled a tiny hole (.035) in the FPR to let more fuel flow thru and now the psi droped to about 32psi steady (lowest) instead of the 42psi at idle, i have it set at 38 vaccume and without vaccume its like 44psi does this sound right????
note: for some reason when i left it at 42psi (lowest) and when i pulled off the vaccume it stayed the same and if you rev it my gauge shows 38psi, now with some play in the FPR when i rev it the gauge increase psi instead of decrease (strange)... now im wondering if i was running lean with throttle before this?
stock h22, aem fuel rail, B&M fpr/gauge and walbro 255

its because of the walbro 255... totally not neccessary... trust me it only causes more problem.. stock fuel pump can handle a lot of hp... i had the 255 on my b18c... and dynoed with my stock pump and i was running rich with the stock pump.. i bet if you would put a stock pump on there... you would havehad no fuel problems with the b&m.. cause my B&m was doing the same exact thing with the 255... acting the same way...
since i had allready had the 255pump and the stock CX pump had god knoes how many miles i figure i just use that and adjust the regulator. but i believe the problem is solved now
