ok i just got a ajustable FPR and i put it on and hooked everything up right and started the car and the gauge did not move at all.....the car stayed running then started to sound like its runnning out of gas so i figured that it was probley set at 0psi so i turned it up a little and the gauge still read 0psi so i took the FPR off the car and took the gauge off thinking the gauge is bad ...well i put it on a air hose and it worked so i just need to know if the fpr is not open enough will the gauge read 0psi because after i had the gauge off i did notice that the fpr was not even opean yet so not fuel would pass through... but shouldnt it still read the psi from the pump?? im kinda lost and need some help thank you

 

do you really need an adj fpr? just curious. whats done to necessitate it?
is it backed all the way out? if it runs w/o it and with the stock one, you need to start there.
