How hard & i guess expensive aswell is it to go from drum brakes in the rear to disk brakes like the front ones?

 

you need to learn how to search. Top right, type rear disc conversion, disc conversion, etc. Check the archives if you don't find anything recent. There is good info out there. Also, I can get you rear discs if you want em, mike@forgedweb.com mail me.
