Default ECU resetting/ Help going crazy here!

I have been reading for 4 hours on this subject now and have not got one definitive answer. I have installed the usual upgrades to my 03 EX, I/H/E. So the question is now do I need to reset the ECU? Some places say yes that the honda ecu is mapped out for stock and does not learn, others say it does. Now the other question, I have seen about 5 different ways to reset the ECU and don't know which one is right. None of you have steered me wrong yet so I hope you can help! Thanks in advance everyone.

I heard that they do learn. But you can always reset the ecu anyways. Just pull the ecu fuse out for a few mins and that should do it.
