Will I need a spring compressor to install Neuspeeds?

Im gonna put some neuspeed sof sports on my car ( I didnt want a big drop like I have now and my current set up is too stiff) and was wondering if Ill need a compressor to install these? TIA

no, just have a buddy push down on the mount while you screw on the bolt on top
