Where's that classic pic of "D" hammering a rotor portion to get it off the hub?

Haha.
A pair of 10x1.25 bolts would have avoided all that anger

Pittsburgh (i.e., salt laden winter roads) are hell on metal components.
Take a look at my 97 some day ... even though its from just across the PA-Ohio line.

Thanks but I want to know how to do the rotors
I've used the "2 bolt" method to pull rotors off the hub before, and it hasnt failed me. On my 91 the hats were rusted/frozen to the hub and the hats cracked when they popped off!
After I drilled out those dayum screws, of course...

Remove the two phillips screws on the rotor, take the two bolts holding the caliper on (17mm I believe), caliper lifts up and rotor falls off.

Impact driver + BFH
There's no other way to do it, other than a drill.

I used a snap-on screwdriver becuase it had a hex-head on the shaft.
I sprayed it with a ton of lube, put the screwdriver in smacked the hell out of it with a hammer, then had a buddy push the screwdriver in while I had an open-end wrench on the screwdriver to rotate it. screws came out really easy after that
make sure your using a phillips #3 or you get to play with the drill
or like RJ says use an impact driver.
allmost the same setup as mine (axxis ultmates + auto z0ne rotors)
