ot: Japan Expo needs some cars (chance to win JDM Auto Salon Tix)
The Japan Expo is coming up Nov 24th-25th ( http://www.japanexpo.tv ) and they are looking for clean import cars (does not need to be hard core show quality, just clean with some mods) to show how Japan has influenced the sport compact market. 84 spots, gets two people into the show. Each car will entered is given a lottery number to win a grand prize of Two plane tickets, hotel accommodations, and two tickets to the 2002 Tokyo Auto Salon which is coming up in Jan.. We decided to do this instead of a categories since the number of cars is so low. Everyone has an equal chance to win, since it's a lottery and not based on Judging. This is more of a car showcase than a car show. If you are interested in registering please contact me by email or phone. Registration is $45.00 and roll in is Friday night from 7-10pm

Well I don't know does this include the plane ticket as well? Because to actually get a ticket to TAS is not hard I believe there 20 something bucks for general admission. It's more if your dealer as it includes all 3 days and some fuctions only for jounalist and dealers and dists. If someone had it were they pay my plane ticket I would love that. Also getting an hotel is not going to be cheap either nothing close will be or in Tokyo. It's cheaper on outskirts or coutry style places to stay at.

Since I'll probably be going to Japan for the entire week of TAS I'm not too worried. But Hotel and plane ticket is the most expensive items there oh and riding the trains unless your get yourself a rail pass which couple hundred bucks. I think most my money would be spent on items like anime, mags, parts, videos, clothes, theme parks, sking if I have time.
Massage palors so thats what you call them hehe.
oh if you fly out be best to fly JAL since I'm told you get your best japanese experience that way even though it may cost you more. Plus I really don't trust any domestic airlines for atleast until sometime next yr.

Dan:
maybe I can have someone take my car to the show so that we can still have the battle of the semi-stock ITRs.
yoshi - whose more in tune w/ #234 after the S1 mod
