Do you race SM or just admire the bikes? I personally would love to get into it. I ride dirt though and have been thinking of entering some hare scrambles since I've never actually raced before.

Hare scramble might be a great place for you to start Zed, I have never done one but I hear they are fantastic and the people are really nice. I am looking for a more streetable SM, but this bike is just beautiful... all it needs are lights :-p

The harescrambles are a fun place to race because they are a couple hours long and you can kinda go at your own pace!!!

Yeah, I am looking into it and hopefully I'll do a few this summer. If I do I will make a post about it in this forum.

Super motard looks fun too, but those bikes are not cheap.

2-strokes are much cheaper. All the new 4-strokes are just way overpriced. I don't even want to think about how much the bike in the original post costs.

I got my 2002 RM125 for $2200 which is a damn good deal.
