Default Honda accord 1999 suddenly losses power at slow speed

My Honda accord suddenly losses power at slow speed. The engine suddenly turns off. After restart the vehicle works properly. This happens once in couple of months. I have tried but it has been very difficult to reproduce this at will.

Any insight regarding why this is happening will be highly appreciated.

thanks
ganu

when is the last time you did a tune up?
does the car idle too low?

might not be what happened to you but just something funny...

a friend of mine with a 97 altima back then, didnt know how to do a oil change..
he thought all you had to do was keep adding oil to your previous oil and eventually OVER filling it with god knows how much oil... car just stalled on him the same way yours did, it runs fine after you wait a bit and crank it up, but only if he keeps moving, but once he comes to a sudden stop or light the car dies, and he has to repeat the process all over again haha....
