Where do I begin here..
Its called HONDATA for starters..
It might work great and it might not work at all, Its up to you.. Also depends on what your doing and why you want it..
Look on hondatas website and try to find one for a obd0 harness and that will answer your question.. Also search for obd0-obd1 conversion harness to help you further..

Ok.. Heres what you need to think about..
1. What modification do you have to your car, and are they enough that the stock computer cant do its job without being retuned..
2. Are you going to tune your own car or take it to a dyno tuner to do.. If your not going to do it yourself then its whatever your tuner can tune and/or is certified to tune..
3. If you are going to tune it yourself do you have enough knowledge about Hondas to make a decision about what computer you will need and with what features..
4. What does your budget look like and what do you want to do with your car as far as future upgrades go..
