I was wondering if any of you have seen or know if it's difficult to put tsx taillights on integra?

P.S. not sure if i'm suppose to put this in apperance or not. sorry if it's in the wrong place.

yea it belongs in appearance, never seen it done though.

 

Well I am not sure if it belongs in apperance or not, but I think it would look hot. I would not think it would be that hard to do it but I could be wrong. Just beware of everyone flaming you on H-T for it tho.

If they were a bit smaller, i think the would fit perfectly. I hope i can find info on it instead of having to pay an arm and a leg in a body shop.

like you said, they're too big. they would be out of place.... but with money you can do anything (just plz dont)

They are a bit on the larger side and it would cost a serious chunk of change to fabricate it. No comments on how it may look but to each his/her own.

 

the angle of the lenses wouldn't help you out. from the bottom to the top, they come out towards you. you can see this from the side profile of the rear-end. plus, they are split into two pieces on each side due to the trunk line.
i think you would have better luck with RSX taillights. the last gen prelude taillights looks cool on a DA9/DB2.

I think It would look nuts if you did that, I have'nt seen that anywhere...yet..
TSX or RSX, both are sweet..

 

the DC5 lights are a little bit smaller than the DC2 lights....
the DC2 lights are probably the biggest of any integra generation.

Anything can fit or has the chance of looking good. if the body work is done very well, and top notch. With this said I hope ur not applying the fact that your not gonna let a professional, high quality, conversion, custom fab experienced shop handle this task. If not i wouldnt even bother. Dont take shortcuts. or any conversion u do will look like ***.

No, i was planning on taking it to a shop and letting them do it of course.

 

The corners of TSX taillights are squared off...they aren't rounded like Integra taillights. It won't work.

 

Never say, it won't work. It just won't be cheap.

I've seen NSX tail lights on a teg before, and the tail lights were wider than the car. Answer: widen the back.
