Door Panels?
I have a '91 civic hatch. I'm about to install aftermarket seats & 4 pt. harnesses. The factory seatbelts are mounted on the door. Which door panels from other cars will bolt up to eliminate the door mounted seatbelts?

Yes, I can verify this. I have a Canadian 1988 STD and it has 90 Si seats, door panels, dash, etc. No seat belts on the doors in any ED's

Just take out the seat belts and get door panels from any 88-89 civic/crx without the belts on the doors and you'll be fine.
Or just take your panels off, remove the seat belt assembly, and put your panel back on.
Your going to have the 4-point anyways.

I don't know about the door itself, but the panels are interchangable. I had 90-91 civic si panels in my 88 crx for a bit.
As far as legality I would pretty much say it's dependent on the state, and the type of harness used.
