Help I am stuck and making a click click sound

Help please one of my hydraulic lifters is stuck and is making a click click sound, how do I unstick it

integras dont have hydraulic lifters

Are you referring to the lost motion assembly for the VTEC rocker arm? If so, you need to replace it. This requires removal of the camshafts.

Integras do not have lifters. They do not even have hydrolic valves, they are mechanical. The clicking sound is normal on all integras. Trust me i know when i first got my 91 LS I had a bit of a freak out as well. If you had a bent valve you would definitly know it. If you want to be a 100% sure do a leak down test it will run you about $90-110.
