Default Help choosing CAI, headers, and exhaust.

I have a 94 EX accord w/ a 4cyl. vtec and was wondering what would be a really good intake and exhaust. A friend recommended the Apex'i power intake, DC Sports headers, and an Apex'i World Sport exhaust. For the exhaust, I want as deep, smooth, and quiet of a sound as possible. I hate those loud, cheap, wet fart sounding exhausts and want to avoid them altogether. Was wondering if anyone had some good advice. Im kind of a beginner so Im open to anything. Thanks.

dc sports makes a decent header, greddy makes a decent exhaust, aem has decent intakes. but if it were me, id do a dc sports header, custom exhuast, and ebay intake. btw, did i mention that drag makes a decent turbo kit?

Generally the EX header or exhaust manifold is the best design...just put in a drop in k&n and cat back

Search or look in the basic guide, fw190bvi did a nice write up on exhaust.

it does not make 0 hp buddy. nice try though. it would be minimal on an ex, as everyone knows, but dcsports makes a decent header for the accord and it makes a few ponies. i wouldnt spend that much just for a few hp, i would save for a turbo, but he asked what i thought about his choices.
