Default How to remove this piece??

I'm gonna be buying an '89 HF CRX but this plastic piece is smashed and taped...anyone have any pics of how to remove it without breaking it?

I'm gonna hit up some junkyards in the morning so any quick pics would help a ton. Thanks in advance.

If that's what I think it is. It is NOT plastic, it's glass.
And it would be cheaper, probably to buy a whole intact hatch from a junkyard or someone on here. Rather than buy that piece of glass and pay someone to replace it for you.
JMHO.

Finding one where the paint matches their car maybe hard to do. I'd cost more to paint the replacement hatch to match the car than it would be to get that piece replaced. Paint fades over time.

The midnight crew on H-T is the best around. I'm gonna head to the boneyards now and do it up. The car I am gonna be picking up is already primered so color isn't an issue.

Well, I ended up just getting the whole hatch assembly for 60 bucks. Not too bad, I don't think.

Good Job. Someone who knows how to spot a bargain.
That piece of glass all by itself, from Honda must be over $200.00
