91' No Start
Engine cranks over will not start. I heard that it would be either fuel pump or the main relay which controls the fuel pump. I changed the main relay but still not getting power to the fuel pump. BTW, car ran fine and one day it wouldn't start and then this problem occurred. Any ideas?
There's no fuel pressure to the filter but when I did a continuity test on the power wire to the fuel pump, unless I have a bad ground-it seems to still not be getting power to the fuel pump even after changing out the main relay, is there some other power source I need to be checking? and why would it stop getting power after the car sat for a couple of days? I just don't want to go and buy a fuel pump if I'm not positive that's not the problem...Thanks
The main relay powers up the pump, make sure you have power to the main relay and that the ecu is grounding it. can you hear the main relay click on and off with the engine light when you turn the key on?
