Turbo or Supercharger

Thomas knight has created an actual electric supercharger which provides
boost equivalent to that of a regular turbo - supercharger , the boost only last for 15-20 seconds (it's a nitrous like setup , without the expensive bottle refilling) ,
after that , a 20 minutes time is need for the batteries to recharge.
